It is hidden in a destructible wall in the 1x4 cave just northwest of the warp room at the south-central part of Forbidden Underground Waterway; this vertical cave is where the east end of Inferno Cave exits out into after you defeat Inferno Cave's boss, Orobas, for its Invert skill shard.
