The Strawberry Cake is a Food item in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Strawberry Cake is prepared through Johannes' alchemy menu in Arvantville, requiring Strawberry ×1, Heavy Cream ×1, and Sponge Cake ×1 and also requiring Cake/R to be found in the upper reaches of Dian Cécht Cathedral (which officially requires Reflector Ray to reach, but Double Jump-kicking allows you to sequence-break to get this much earlier). After Strawberry Cake is first prepared, it will be sold at Dominique's supply post for 880G.
Strawberry drops rather often from Celaeno (10%) that start appearing in the post-Double Jump area of Towers of Twin Dragons. Heavy Cream is crafted from a store-bought Sugar and a Beast Milk dropped by Zagan (8%) in the later part of the Garden of Silence (alternatively, you can get a set of five free Heavy Cream by completing Lindsay's midgame-tier quest, "Avenge the death of Dario!", by slaying 6 Ocypete in the upper, later parts of Dian Cécht Cathedral).
Sponge Cake, itself a meal that normally takes Egg ×1, Flour ×1, Sugar ×1, and Beast Milk ×1 to craft, can be gathered pre-prepared from blue chests in both Hall of Termination and the upper, later parts of Dian Cécht Cathedral, both of which officially require getting the Reflector Ray shard in the Underground Sorcery Lab roughly halfway through the game.

Strawberry Cake is a food consumable, restoring 220 HP whenever used and giving a permanent bonus of +1 INT and +1 LCK when first eaten. It costs and restores 88% as much as the High Potion, and because it is a meal, up to 99 of it can be carried at a time.
Strawberry Cake is a recipe that is positioned as being gotten at the start of the "second half" of the game because of the ostensible Reflector Ray requirement, but a sequence break allows you to reach the upper part of the Cathedral zone with just the earlier-gotten Double Jump by jump-kicking off purple lanterns. If you do this, you can craft Strawberry Cake as soon as you get the Cake/R recipe book early (much like the Cheesecake), and the blue chests in the area should also get you an easy Sponge Cake to craft it with.
