The Special Ammunition/R is a Recipe Book in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

It is found in a chest at the top of the west tower of the Towers of Twin Dragons, a short ways east from the warp point. You unavoidably pass by this chest on your way to the east tower and its eventual boss fight.
