The Soy Ramen is a Food item in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Availability[]
Soy Ramen is prepared through Johannes' alchemy menu in Arvantville, requiring Chinese Noodles ×1, Soy Broth ×1, Plume Pork ×2, and Fell Leaf ×1 and also requiring Ramen/R to have been collected from Oriental Sorcery Lab late in the game. After Soy Ramen is first prepared, it will be sold at Dominique's supply post for 1,180G.
Chinese Noodles are bought for 200G after crafting them from Flour ×1 and Baking Soda ×1 each. Plume Porks are easily dropped by Plume Parmas early in Garden of Silence, while Fell Leaf is dropped by Giant Moco in the Den of Behemoths very late in the game, after Ramen/R might have been first collected.
Soy Broth (which is only used in this recipe) is an 800G ingredient that first appears in the shop after crafting that through its own set of ingredients: Soy Sauce ×1 found in blue chests in the Oriental Sorcery Lab, 1 Ginger found in blue chests in the Garden of Silence, Fey Leaf ×1 dropped by Moco Weed early in Garden of Silence, and G-Bone Steak ×2 dropped by both Celaeno and Ocypete.
Usage[]
Soy Ramen is a food consumable, restoring 295 HP whenever used and giving a permanent bonus of +20 Max MP, +4 CON, and +4 MND when first eaten. It is 18% as expensive and potent as the High Potion, and up to 99 of it can be carried at a time.
Soy Ramen is also required for Susie's eighteenth quest, "Noodles in Broth", which rewards you with a Gambler's Ring.
The involvement of a Fell Leaf in the ingredients would seem to restrict this food to practically the end of the game, but a Fell Leaf can also be acquired by Dismantling a Dark Matter for 9 Alkahests. This means this meal can be eaten as soon as Ramen/R is picked up, allowing its bonuses to be added in time for the boss rematch that takes place in Oriental Sorcery Lab.
