The Solomon's Ring is very useful for speeding up the process of getting lots of Shards to drop from enemies in all the zones you've visited throughout the game. This is caused by a special increase to enemy base shard drop rates separate from the already sizeable LCK +6 boost offered by the ring itself as a stat. Further signifying that this is a viable choice for an "ultimate accessory" is that it also provides a good boost to your overall damage output via STR +6 and INT +6 stat bonuses, and it offers DEF +1 point on top of that.
