The Samurhammer appears as a Miniboss for Alfred during the final chapter of Curse of The Moon, Fallen Moon's Requiem. It functions the same as a Dullahammer, throwing its head and pulling it back, but takes more hits.
The Samurhammer reappears in Curse of The Moon 2 as a standard enemy.
