Resist Curses is a Passive Shard in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Description[]
While enemies that inflict Curse aren't very common, the status itself is notably dangerous, as it instantly sets the player's HP and MP bars at half for a brief period of time. Additionally, these types of attacks are usually hard to avoid and considerably damaging, like a Cyhyraeth's scream or Gremory's homing energy balls. It is thus advisable to at least raise this Shard's Rank a bit, as the higher it is, it will have a greater chance to completely nullify these attacks.
Obtaining this Shard isn't that easy, though, as it is only dropped by the Kunekune, a hidden enemy that requires a special method to make it spawn by taking the train at the Bridge of Evil, sitting in the passenger's car, and waiting for it to appear. If the player wants to raise this Shard's Grade, then they'll have to go through the whole process of summoning and defeating the Kunekune again, which only has a 12.00% chance of dropping it.
