A Red Bean is a food ingredient in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Availability[]
Only one enemy drops Red Beans: the Gusion, who have an 8% chance to drop it on defeat. They are found in Livre Ex Machina, and the Underground and Oriental Sorcery Lab; six can be found inside tubes in the Underground Lab. They can also be bought from Dominique's supply post for 100G.
Usage[]
Like almost all ingredients, Red Beans are only useful for preparing food via Johannes's Alchemy menu in Arvantville.
Only one thing can be crafted from Red Beans:
- Red Bean Paste (Red Bean ×1, Sugar ×1, Halite ×1)
Red Bean Paste can then be used to prepare the following:
- Manju (Red Bean Paste ×1)
- Shiruko Spaghetti (Red Bean Paste ×2)
Red Beans are not used in any Shard enhancements. It takes at least 3 Red Beans to craft and enhance everything in the game: one as a base ingredient, and the other two to craft Red Bean Paste.
