The Potent Ammunition/R is a Recipe Book in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Found in a chest in a cave room in the Hidden Desert above a sandfall falling into the equally small cave-like room below, at the midpoint between the Hidden Desert's warp room and the south warp room of Forbidden Underground Waterway far to the west. To enter this room from the room below, aim the Reflector Ray upward through the falling sand, activate it, and jump at the precise moment Miriam exits the beam to perform an extra midair jump and this way reach the room with the treasures above (alternatively, this room can also be entered by using Invert/High Jump, or by jump-kicking Bu-chan).[1]
