- Galleon Minerva: On the game's title menu, select "Game Start" to start a new game, and on the "Name" entry prompt, input "
swimmingbird" (case sensitive). A chime will sound if the cheat code was successfully entered, and when the game begins, the Plague Doctor Face accessories will already appear in the "Accessories" list section of the Main Menu's "Equipment" screen.

- The Plague Doctor Face is inspired by the Venetian "plague doctor" mask; a mask resembling a bird's eyes and beak, the latter in which the wearer inserted a mixture of herbs believed to counteract the effects of the Black Death plague that was occurring in Europe at the time.
- This accessory is a reference to YouTube gaming channel Swimming Bird.
