Omurice is a Food item in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. A single Omurice also appears as a Key Item in Classic II: Dominique's Curse.
Appearances[]
Ritual of the Night[]
Description[]
Omurice is a food consumable restoring 195 HP whenever used and giving a permanent bonus of HP +20, INT +1, and MND +2 when first eaten. It is almost twice as expensive and powerful as the basic Potion, though as a meal you can carry way more of it.
Omurice is also required for Susie's eighth quest, "Craving a Novel Idea", which rewards you with a Gondo-Shizunori.
Availability[]
Omurice is prepared through Johannes's alchemy menu in Arvantville, requiring Egg ×2, Rice ×1, Tomato ×1, and Consommé ×1. The eggs are bought at Dominique's supply post, Rice is gotten by growing Rice Seeds with Harry, and Tomatoes are dropped by Aello (8%) in early cones.
Consommé is bought for 800G once it has been prepared using Moco Leek ×1, Halite ×1, Beast Beef ×1, and Black Pepper ×1. The Moco Leek drops from Moco Weeds (12.00%) early in Garden of Silence, Beast Beef drops from Zagans (8.00%) late the same zone (past the Coachman), and Halite is very cheaply bought at the supply post. Black Peppers, the sole ingredient in the overall equation that restricts the Omurice from being collected before the midpoint of the game, is a random collectable in the two blue chests at the Underground Sorcery Lab.
Once one Omurice has been prepared, duplicates of it can be bought for 780G (ironically less than just the Consommé used as one of its ingredients).
Dominique's Curse[]
A single Omurice can be found by Dominique Baldwin during her stay in Limbo; it is hidden in the crypt of the former demon Royal Chef, which can be accessed by crouching in a prayer-like fashion, for a few seconds in front of his tombstone, in the western-most part of the Tartarus cemetery. Upon doing so, a thunderbolt will open the way to this underground chamber.
The Omurice is necessary to progress trough the adventure, as only by giving it to the Merchant of Paulina, who has a love for human meals, he will allow Dominique to buy the Passive Shard True Sight, which is necessary to reveal the Megiddo Wastes' true form as the Megiddo Depths, thusly allowing to explore other areas of Limbo by accessing the underwater Lethe Cavern.
