The Hunter Barber is a boss exclusively featured in the Classic II: Dominique's Curse mode of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. He is an unusually strong Killer Barber who became one of the four Hunters that Dominique Baldwin can encounter while in Limbo.
He is encountered in the River of Woe, when, during a Dead Moon, the portal found in the area changes its usual destination to the Hunter Barber's hiding place, which will require the Deep Sinker ability to explore. His defeat will reward the optional attack skill Dive Kick, then he will relocate at the town of Notoria, becoming an exchanger of demon remains for coin.
