Healing is a Manipulative Shard in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Description[]
With the Healing shard equipped, when the player holds down the Manipulative Shard activation button, they will start to gradually regain HP. However, this shard consumes 30 MP per second, usually only allowing for relatively small heals to keep the player alive during normal exploration or when fighting bosses, before their MP reserves completely deplete. This can be alleviated by equipping gear and shards that boost INT, as well as when the player is at a higher Level, as they will have a greater MP pool by that point; and also if they have upgraded their MP Quickcharge rate by consuming certain foods.
Due to its high MP consuming rate, if the player is injured and is far away from a Save Room but they find an MP Max Up in the field, they can activate Healing and spend all their MP, and then just pick up the MP Max Up to fully restore it.
