The Garbo Hat is just a standard Head Armor that gives a moderate DEF +3 and CON +2, and as such is mainly used for character customization. Unlike most other headgear in the game that can be either crafted or found in the field, the Garbo Hat can only be purchased from Dominique's supply post for 900G.
