The Faerie Elixir is an item in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. It can only be used by the Carabosse familiar.
Description[]
This item cannot be used directly. Players can only carry up to five of them. If Familiar: Carabosse is the active Familiar Shard, Miriam is sufficiently damaged, and you have any amount of this in your inventory, your Carabosse will manifest the Faerie Elixir icon above its head and follow Miriam around; she must stay put for a moment for Carabosse to use this from your inventory to restore 250 HP.
