The Effigy is a consumable item in Classic II: Dominique's Curse. It grants an extra life upon acquiring; while more can be found hidden across Limbo, only up to a maximum of 9 Effigies can be stoked up through the use of Merchants. Once that threshold is reached, they will not sell anymore until the number of Effigies drops under nine.
