The Demon Dog Fang is a material in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Description[]
Demon Dog Fangs drop from Gieremunds in various areas in the Entrance and Dian Cécht Cathedral at a modest 5% base rate, and their only use is to enhance the Summon Gieremund shard that said Gieremunds also drop. Each rank takes one Demon Dog Fang and increases the duration of the friendly Gieremund summoned by the shard, giving it more time to run a longer distance and harm enemies it passes through. The middle three ranks each take one additional Sinister Fang dropped by the Demon (such as the one in the Cathedral), and the last two ranks each take one additional Fiend Fang dropped by both the Marbas and Silver Wolfman in the Den of Behemoths.
Availability[]
Only one enemy drops Demon Dog Fangs: the Gieremund, which have a 5% chance to drop it on defeat. They are found in the Entrance and Dian Cécht Cathedral; one is outside the Entrance teleporter.
Usage[]
Demon Dog Fangs are only useful for enchanting Shards via Johannes' Alchemy menu in Arvantville.

As Demon Dog Fangs are not used in any crafting recipes, it takes at least 8 Fangs to enchant everything in the game.
