The Queen's Dirge, called Full Metal Destroyer in Episode 2 and Swathed in Sorrow in Episode EX, is the fourth stage in Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2.
Overview[]
The stage is a frozen town, with many slippery floors and ice spikes. Near the end of the stage, there is a tidal wave that appears during set intervals, requiring the player to seek high ground to avoid damage. This stage is largely designed to showcase the strengths of Hachi, who can walk on ice without slipping and harmlessly smash spikes.
This stage contains 2 powerups. The first is found near the end of the main route through the stage, on a raised platform behind an Ice Golem. The second is found along the alternate route, unlocked by Miriam smashing a crate with her whip that is otherwise unreachable. Near the end of the route, the Health Upgrade can be acquired by Miriam.
This stage also contains a special altar which, in Episode 2, provides Zangetsu with the Zanmatou if he collected the three Elemental Blades in the first three stages. The altar is found through an opening to the left early in the stage.
