Curry Dish/R is a Recipe Book in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

It is found in a green chest in a cave room off the top-left corner of the waterfall area in the Forbidden Underground Waterway. Double Jump is sufficient to clear the gap between the top of the waterfall to the right and the ledge to the left.
More obscurely, you can sit on the Chair Mimic near the bottom of the waterfall off to the right and have it transport you all the way back to the top of the room with a series of huge bounces, then mash directional inputs to get off the chair near the end of its third bounce so that you land on the ledge with the Curry Powder green chest just in front of the room with the recipe green chest. This lets you get to the recipe as early as when you can first enter the Waterway zone, thus letting you cook Curry & Rice and Pork Curry even before having to fight Andrealphus for the Double Jump skill shard.
