Cookies are a Food item in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Cookies are prepared through Johannes's alchemy menu in Arvantville, requiring Flour ×1, Sugar ×1, Egg ×1 and Butter ×1. Everything except Butter can be bought from Dominique by default, and Butter itself will become available for direct purchase after preparing it at least once through Milk ×1 and Halite ×1 (themselves storebought ingredients). Afterward, Cookies can be purchased from Dominique for 400G.
This would have been a food item that could be crafted as soon as Miriam gains access to the crafting interface were it not for the additional requirement that Cookies/R is found in the southwest corner of the early-visited portion of Livre Ex Machina, roughly one third through the game.
Usage[]
Cookies are a food consumable, restoring 100 HP when used and giving a permanent bonus of LCK +1 when first eaten. Both that restorative value and the 400G retail price are precisely on curve with the 250 HP restored by the 1,000G High Potion, so Cookies can be bought in bulk.
In fact, the player is incentivized to buy Cookies in bulk at some point because it is an ingredient for a fairly robust set of food preparations:
- Chocolate Cookies (Cookies ×1, Cocoa ×1, Baking Soda ×1)
- Cinnamon Cookies (Cookies ×1, Cinnamon ×1, Baking Soda ×1)
- Cheesecake (Cookies ×1, Cheese ×1, Heavy Cream ×1, Lemon ×1)
- Pie Dough (Cookies ×1, Flour ×1, Butter ×1)
Pie Dough, in turn, becomes an ingredient in the following crafts (and is bought for 400G, the same direct purchase value as the Cookies themselves): Apple Pie, Lemon Cream Pie, and Strawberry Pie.
Cookies are even components of the following Shard enhancement:

Cookies are also required for Susie's sixth quest, "Classic Sweet", with the Hair Apparent IV book as the reward.
