Dominique's Curse bosses

Two types of bosses can be found in Classic II: Dominique's Curse: the first are the four Hunters, demons that have destroyed a human soul, and are thusly more powerful than their regular brethen; they act as, mostly optional, mini-bosses, and show themselves only during a Dead Moon. The second are the four Dukes of Hell, as well as the Dark Lord, who together rule over all of Limbo; these are regular bosses, being found at the end of one of their respective Fortresses and displaying a visible health bar.
