The Archdemon is a recurring enemy in the Bloodstained series.
Description[]
The Archdemon is physically almost identical to the regular Demon, except its body is tinted purple instead of red, and the blue magic running along its body is a bright green instead. They can perform all three attacks the regular Demon does, along with firing an electric laser. They call up three fire pillars and drop two ice chunks as well.

Ritual of the Night[]
The Archdemon is a large creature with human-like arms but furry goat-like legs ending in hooves. It has a bullish face with large horns, and ragged red wings that somewhat resemble those of a bat. Green magical energy shimmers across its black and purple body. It holds the middle rank of the classic-looking winged demons in the game, above the Demon and under the Demon Lord. The Archdemon floats at all times and is much bigger than Miriam, sometimes making it hard to get past them. It attacks by casting various spells.
It drops the Demon Fang, Demon Heart and Demon Tail, materials which are used to enhance a few useful late game shards like, Regenerate and Words of Wisdom. An easy to farm Archdemon spawns above the leftmost Save Room of the Forbidden Underground Waterway (coming from the bloody fountain at the Entrance).
- Attacks
- Fald Ciu: The Archdemon fires out a ball of dark energy from his mouth that lingers where it lands.
- Riga Storӕma: The Archdemon calls up three pillars of flame, with a small display of embers marking where it will be.
- Va Schia: The Archdemon summons two giant chunks of ice to drop on the player.
- Electric laser: The Archdemon fires out a large lightning laser at the player, sustaining it for several seconds.
