Anne Knolles (アン・ノールズ, An Nōruzu^?) is a supporting character in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. She is a village girl rescued by Miriam and Dominique when the former arrived in Arvantville.

"A village girl whose parents were murdered. Anne was saved by Dominique and Miriam when demons attacked her village. When Dominique is out of town, Anne looks after the shop. She is a bright and cheerful girl."

History[]

Anne is a resourceful and cordial young girl who was rescued by Miriam and Dominique sometime after the former arrived in Arvantville. Due to the death of her parents at the hands of the demons, and having nowhere to go, Dominique takes Anne under her wing. For most of the game, the latter sits next to the counter where Dominique works and makes small talk with Miriam.

Later on, after Gebel's death, Dominique leaves the shop unattended, allowing Anne to handle it in her stead. She then reveals to Miriam that she was able to learn how to manage the shop simply by watching Dominique perform her work, including how to handle Shards. Even though Miriam expresses visible concern with the young girl taking on such a responsibility, Anne reassures her of her abilities. It is unknown if she was ever informed of Dominique's treachery after the demonic Hellhold castle vanishes.
