The Almace is a Sword in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Availability[]
- Can be crafted by "upgrading" Hofud ×1 using Fiend Fang ×1, Diamond ×1, and Ice Ring ×1 (requires Very Fine Equipment/R).
- Can be bought from Dominique's store for 27,000G.
Usage[]
While Almace is equipped, Miriam's attack becomes the traditional "sword swing" with a +47 ATK boost and the Slash and Ice attributes.
It is initially capable of the Force Blast technique (30 MP, Down → Down-Forward → Forward + Attack), which will be passed on to all "traditional" Swords/Maces once mastered.
Almace is a material used to craft the following items:
- Ridill (Almace ×1, Florenberg ×1, Caladbolg ×1, Dragon Heart ×1)
- Blue Rose (Almace ×1, Florenberg ×1, Caladbolg ×1, Imbrued Fang ×1)
Trivia[]
- Almace is known as The Sword of Turpin in the Song of Roland, a French epic poem chronicling the titular military leader's role in Battle of Roncevaux Pass in 778 AD. While the exact etymology of the sword's name is unknown, it is believed to be derived from "all macht", an Old Norse word that means "almighty".
