The Alchemy Notes sub-menu in the Archives menu lists every item in the game that can be either crafted, prepared, or enhanced as a shard at Johannes's service in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, as well as the Materials and Food Materials that are consumed with each craft.
This page recreates its contents in a format in which a given material that goes into the crafting of several products can be searched with CTRL+F. Note that the Alchemy Notes screen does not list the enhancement requirements for white Skill Shards.
For all non-shard crafts, this page also lists which Recipe Book is needed to unlock a given craft or whether that item starts out able to be crafted once you have the materials. Some of the items listed below as "Initial" start out hidden and automatically add themselves to the Alchemy Notes the moment you gather all of the required materials.

Notes[]
- As of version 1.60. of Ritual of the Night, there are a bunch of "?????????" rows in the different Shard subsections; these rows seems to be meant for the exclusive Shards collected while playing as Aurora, added in version 1.30, as their number per type coincides perfectly, but since there is no way to obtain said Shards in a Miriam playthrough, the mystery rows cannot seemingly be filled up. The DLC Shards added in later updates are as such, located beyond said "?????????" rows.
